No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Blind Box Products
Many of our items are blind box collectibles, meaning the contents are randomly packed by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee specific characters unless the product listing clearly states the character has been confirmed.

Opened Outer Boxes
For certain listings, the outer box may be opened only to confirm the specific character inside. However, the item itself remains factory sealed in the original inner bag to ensure it is still brand new.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
